Congratulations to our U15 Boys team who won the Leinster U15 matchplay championship on Saturday with a victory over Laytown and Bettystown. The boys needed 2 points to claim victory on Saturday as they led 4-1 after the first leg. It was tough going on the links away from home but they turned the tide and got the necessary points in the second and third matches to claim the title.
Fifty-eight teams from Leinster began the competition back in April and the boys saw off some tough opponents to claim the trophy. This is a tremendous achievement for the boys and the club.
Thanks to all those who came out to support the team on Saturday and throughout the competition this year.
